Only topped w yam, somehow it's sweet enough tho. Maybe sugar dusted but there's not enough yam at all
Char siew is very run of the mill, polo was lacklustre. The layer is so thin, there's no sweetness nor crustiness.
This taught me a lesson: balance is important. Their Belgium chocolate with cream cheese. Sounds like a dream but tastes like an absolute nightmare. Not enough chocolate to be moist, and you can't taste either elements. Avoid!!! Their Belgium chocolate and dragonfruit cheese mochi are good on their own
After warming it's really something. Slightly different from the last time I had it(at another branch), this chocolate ganache was good as well but kinda reminded me of brownies and there was a slight savoury slant. Enjoyed it very much too
Again matcha was but a hint, though the mochi, red bean, sesame combination really did give a Japanese vibe. not bad
U can't really taste the dragon fruit, but the cream cheese was quite savoury and substantial. Mochi took a backseat though
