Found this tze char stall along upper thomson road. The menu is extensive with grilled seafood, fish head steamboat and noodles on top of all the usual tze char dishes like sweet sour pork, sambal kang kong etc. The portion of stingray was generous and sambal was decent enough. I liked that the sambal was not as oily compared to other places even though the fragrance and spiciness took a hit. Only wish they had cincalok to accompany the dish. Located just one bustop away from the venus drive mcritchie exit, its a good place to refuel after hiking! They also serve one person meals for small groups.
Seldom see this dish offered as a one person meal, that alone is reason enough to order! + this one is actually fantastic! $7 for a portion of salted egg pork chop with rice, fragrant sauce & well marinated pork chops.
This was surprisingly really good and not too oily!
