Like Pudding (Kampung Admiralty Hawker Centre)

Glad that Kampung Admiralty Hawker Centre had unofficially opened its doors — only a handful of food stalls are open including Yu Kee Braised Duck Rice, En Ji Wanton Noodle, Ricegarden, Souper Stew and 再来 Mee Sua.

This comes from Like Pudding; possibly their third outlet after their first at Golden Mile Food Centre and the second at Bukit Panjang Hawker Centre & Market. Not particularly memorable nor anywhere impressive — certainly not overly sweet though also works as a good respite from the heat. Looking forward to the other stalls coming in towards the official launch of the hawker centre next month!

The moment you walk up the stairs, turn right, right in front of you👀 is the store(location quite good ah).
The first thing that caught my eye is the long queue of hungry eaters. Going by the logic of "If it is queueing, It must be either free or good".🚶🚶🚶🚶🚶🚶So I join in.
Well, I'm glad that I didn't waste half an hour queueing for this scrumptious bowl of mee sua.
The joy when the piping hot big bowl of Ah Ma Mee Sua is ready for you.(Yeah!!! Finally can eat😊)
Everytime, before eating the noodles, I will first taste the broth/soup to determine will it be a good experience. Verdict is excellent. Soup was flavourful, every spoonful was shiok.😋
A bowl of mee sua comes with an egg, mushroom, minced pork ball, pig liver & meat. They are generous with their ingredients. Mee sua was soft, smooth & silky & absorb the soup well.
Their bowl confirm make your stomach full. Literally, coma on the spot.

These weird looking shape egg tarts comes with irregular size. The crust is buttery, flaky & puffy. The egg curd is light & smooth eggy.
All I know the smell of butter is strong💪😊will get addicted to it.
