The Lobster Laksa $29++ is fresh and comes with squid rings. Soup is more Lemak (milky) than spicy. No additional chilli was provided as well. I guess they toned down the spicy level.

Although the high tea set here is not expensive, I guess I would say that the quality of the food wasn't impressive. Was quite excited and then very disappointed almost immediately 😣.

I certainly didn't taste much Earl Grey nor Espresso in the Early Grey Espresso tart but it was more of a bittersweet chocolate tart.

The scone is kinda rubbery? It's not how scones shld be.

Beancurd prawn roll was good.

The item least enjoyed was the Nasi Lemak ball. The texture was odd and we couldn't taste much coconut but ok attempt at making sweet chilli to go with it.

Not sure if anyone dined here before and can let me know if the standards has dropped or it has always been like this? πŸ€”

This has a medium sized, halved lobster piece that was fresh and sweet with bouncy succulent lobster meat.

The rich laksa gravy is properly spicy savoury with a hint of herbal flavour.

Completed with slippery rice noodles, tender fish cake, and spongy dried tofu puffs. Yum.

This was delightful with its range of fresh seafood.

The white clams, blue mussels, and oysters were plump and juicy and slippery, with bright briny sweet salty flavour.

The tiger prawns were large and succulent, yielding with a juicy bite to release the natural sweet savoury flavour.

The pearl dog conch sea snails were crunchy slippery with decent sweet savoury salty flavour, though we noted a few held small grains of sand. Served with a wedge of lemon for dressing.

This was fluffy soft and spongy in texture, so delicate.

Break through to reveal the warm moist chocolate souffle within, which has deep earthy chocolatey sweet flavour. Rich and comforting, like a hug.
