You know carrot cake, but this stall whips up a yam version. Yam can be heavy and cloying, so thankfully they use it moderately. It was definitely a different experience, plus a good stir-fry.
Their Homemade Carrot Cake had a really nice texture. Expect firm radish cubes which are a joy to bite into.
