Dense cream, but it's so well flavoured. Popping base ups the ante by a couple of levels. Good.

Awesome!! Fragrant and light!
White chocolate mousse, choc soil, matcha, praline and orange blossom sorbet
Coconut nougat, raspberries, rose chantilly, caramel, earl grey caviar and roasted pistachio. Good!
