[Birds Of A Feather] - Using their own blend of coffee from China is the GWC (GoodWoodCoffee) Coffee Dessert ($15).

The coffee brownies is topped with Tahitian vanilla Chantilly with a candy cloud surrounding it. On the base is coffee soil. A shot of espresso is poured onto the brownie for a bittersweet appreciation. Definitely one for the caffeine lover.

[The Disgruntled Brasserie] - For something hearty and comforting, I would recommend the Seafood Boullabaise ($38).

You can find seafood such as barramundi, clams, mussels, shrimps, squid swimming in the red sea. For a fuller enjoyment of the delectable broth, dunk the rouili toast into soup to soak up the goodness.

[Canton Paradise] - A simple but yet delectable dish on the menu is the Steamed Kampong Chicken in Canton Style ($13.80).

It is done in Shunde style, marinated with simple condiments that accentuate the flavours of the poultry.

[Birds Of A Feather] - My favourite dessert at Birds Of A Feather has been evolved to a new savoury version.

The savory version of the Fried Glutinous Rice Cake ($12) is sprinkled with spicy soy seasoning, pistachio sand, red sugar caramel and pomegranate. The combination definitely has elevated the whole experience. A must try.

[Firebake] - I know not many people like eggplant and there is also very limited way of cooking the dish.

What Firebake has done is to smoke the eggplant and stuffed it with spiced hummus. The Smoked Eggplant ($15) further topped with tomato manchego, cheese and crispy barley for the additional contrast of textures and flavouts.

[Birds Of A Feather] - One of the new dishes is the Pig Ear Mosaic ($18).

The crunchy pig ear is braised in Sichuan braising liquid and served cold with housemade Sichuan red and sour dressing and arrowroot noodle. Its definitely not for the fate hearted with a low tolerant of spicy food. On the hand, the cold and spicy combination has a refreshing finish on top of the spicy kick.

[Firebake] - Firebake is a new woodfired bakehouse and restaurant at East Coast Road, using the European historical methods of sourdough breadmaking.

It also features contemporary dishes cooked with traditional European techniques, which complement and showcase the range of woodfire baked sourdough bread.
.
.
For sourdough lovers, there are many ways to enjoy the freshly baked bread. One of which is the 4-Spice Chicken Liver Pate ($12) which comes with in house cured pickles and onion.

[Patbingsoo] - The Apgujeong Bingsoo ($13.90) is my favourite.

The vanilla ice cream is excellently complemented by the cheese, cheese sauce, cheese cake and cheese wafer. To sweetened the whole experience, drizzled the condensed milk over the bingsoo.

[Tamashii Robataya] - Featuring the fresh seafood of Kansai region.

The Sashimi Mori comes in a platter of assorted Kansai raw fish serve with soya foam. On the plate, there are otoro, sea bream and even geoduck.

[Famous JB101 Firewokz] - Salted Egg Spare Ribs ($12 small).

The deep fried pork was rather tender and what elevated it was the coat of salted egg sauce that has a nice hint of spiciness.
