It may puzzle some to hear how easily excited I get on hearing "pork crackling", but you'd prolly get it if you gave the ones at South Union Park a go. Superduperinsanely crisp, not the least bit greasy, tossed in an addictive Cajun salt — really, how can you resist that? If you're afraid of the calories, don't be. Run 10km after this. It's worth it.
