It will be impolite to say no to Japanese inspired scotch eggs. This is Piyo Piyo, a perfectly made Ajitsuke tamago wrapped in a layer of minced pork tonkatsu. This is one of those great inventions that have never gone out of favour.

Imakatsu has been on my watchlist for the longest time since their opening in Singapore. Finally here today, super love their Kagoshima premium pork loin cutlet and piyopiyo.
