Chicken. Japanese salad dressing. How would the two taste together? Being curious one day, I decided to try. I marinated the chicken chunks and the thick, fragrant dressing and proceeded to pan-fry them (no oil) for lunch. Surprisingly, they turn out quite well. One of my go to recipe now!
