Looks can be deceiving. This dish definitely disappointed me. The pasta was over-cooked, the taste was deprived of. There wasn't much of a taste except for some parts of the pasta which have been overly seasoned by black pepper.
As the name suggests, the pasta busk in a spicy sauce, perhaps laksa, and plated with two of those juicy and relatively large grilled scallops and fresh seafood. The pasta was cooked about right. Just the way I wanted it. This dish was flavorful, delightful.
