Hong Kong Delights
This is just everything – this melty blend of liquid nitrogen-frozen Aussie and Italian cheeses set in a crisp, crumbly, buttery tart shell, then sprinkled with sugar and torched to achieve a thin, crackly caramelised top.
Best thing I've had in Hong Kong so far.
[CRISPY BUN with CONDENSED MILK HKD18 ↝ S$3.10] & [MILK TEA HKD19 ↝ S$3.30] - crispy bun is so good that when u bite into it, the butter & condensed milk burst into your mouth.
But very sad the Ham and Cheese pancake was using the processed cheese!! Pouched Duck's egg on Duck's Benedict is a great surprise but the bacon had dried out!! The ventilation really needs a huge improvement too! Just don't bother to dress cotton when dining there...
😍 It's crispy and buttery with a drop of sweetness all in one piece of toast. Plus 翠華餐廳 is easily accessible and located in many areas.
The highly raved cold noodles in Hong Kong. Not to my liking thought, as the ingredients tasted too "raw" for me.
maybe it's just me but I can't seem appreciate plain macaroni with ham. the milo was heaven though. how de hell do they make such great milo. the stark contrast. tasted milk. it must be de milk 😍😍😍
