The chicken-base soup was rich, smooth and tasty. The noodles absorbed the flavor of the soup and was pretty chewy, not too soft which I like. They were generous with the spring onions, seaweed and noodles, however there's only a slice of cha-shu so you might want to order additional topping. Overall, it's a pretty good experience.
Shiok Maki... The name of the dish is so apt - Shiokness in a mouthful!
