Cafes in Robertson Quay area that open on Mondays

1. eM by the river
Roasted pork belly $20 (ex) + half dozen chicken wings $12 (not bad) = $32. Quite a nice quite place to journal & spend time alone, plus it's quite quiet & doesn't have loud background music

2. Toby's estate
Flat white $5 (ok) + Mocha $6 (nice) = $11
* was closed for renovation! to come again to try the food. & Anthesis cafe is along the same stretch, just 2 doors down :) but it's closed on Monday!

3. Common man coffee roasters
Cappuccino $5 (super bitter, need to put alot of sugar) + Chocolate churros $12 (quite nice but considered ex). Total $20; waiters are friendly & environment is nice- has tables facing the road outside for alone time. But music abit loud

4. Pies & Coffee @ Robertson walk Frasers place
Double chocolate cake + strawberry tart $14.80 (replacement for Canele which moved away)
* Laurent Bernard is at the same building too!

* All good things cake shop is taken over by "Bridger's cafe"

After our pasta lunch at coffee bean, we ate this chocolate cheesecake @ Cedele (Guthrie house). It's quite nice, but quite gelat, so should share

Cake spade:
Strawberry tofu cheesecake $5.90
Double chocolate brownie $3
(both are super nice 😋)

Group Therapy:
Roasted almond latte $7.15 with GST (not bad)

Department of Caffeine:
Buttermilk waffles w ice cream and maple syrup + Specialty hot chocolate; $20 total (both are nice!)

Creamier @ Braddell

2 sets of waffles with ice cream- Banana chocolate chip & Lavendar earl grey flavour $17 total

Abit regret not trying the coffee :/

Had a fun adventure walking there and finding the place in the heavy downpour with Tim & WR! Thank God it was fully sheltered there through the HDB blocks & the sheltered walkway even proved to be paving the path there!!

Student deal $10

Chicken chops is famous and good. Ambience so-so though

Portobello mushroom sandwich was good

Mixed fruits tart is the famous one I think

The unique coffee ($6.50) & savoury scones ($5) which I don't really like
