This is one of their best seller. The cheesecake was so light and soft it just disappeared in the mouth.

Love the distinct layer of the cake. It was sooo soft that it almost melt in the mouth except the last layer which was neither soft nor crispy.

Pretty tart that caught my eye! A bit weird that it is kept at room temperature though..

Never did I expect to be able to try this cake so soon in SG when I just saw this technique online.. :) very pretty cake whose sweetness is balanced by the tangy bits in the middle :)
