The Food
I ordered a bowl of prawn mee pok dry served with fresh fish cake slices, pork slices and a few small prawns. The mee pok is cooked with a perfect springy texture and fully absorbed the chilli sauce and the prawn flavour. The rich and concentrated soup which have been cooked for long hours also complements the delicious noodles. The small prawns are fresh and sweet while the pork slices are tasty and tender.

I ordered bak kut teh with normal ribs ($6).
The ribs was soft, tender and the meat easily detached from the bones.The soup was clear and peppery taste with strong flavour of pork broth without the over powering taste of the pepper hence very nice and tasty.

I ordered a bowl of cold honeydew sago topped with generous portion of honeydew chunks, tadpole jelly and fresh thick coconut milk. The honeydew chunks are sweet hence there is no need to put the coloured syrup. The tadpole jelly also have a crunchy texture and overall very refreshing especially after a nice meal.

The Price
Reasonably priced at $1.50 hence value for money.

I ordered the Pig Organ Soup with rice. The rich, strong pork flavoured and peppery broth tickled my taste bud which made me drink mouth after mouth until I go and ask for reload of soup. There was no MSG at all in the soup because with a whole lot of fresh ingredients of liver, stomach, lean meat, meat ball inside is enough to make the soup very sweet and tasty. The chilli sauce is very spicy and taste shiok !!

The Food
I ordered a bowl of roasted duck noodle with dumpling soup. The delicious mee kia noodle is remarkably springy mixed with the dark soya sauce and chilli. The roasted duck breast meat is thick tender and well-roasted with crispy thin skin. One bad thing is a bit too oily for me due to added pork lards. The bowl of dumplings soup is delicious with quite big dumplings. Inside is stuffed with crunchy chestnut bits, prawns and pork. The ingredients used are very fresh and delicious too!

The Food
I ordered the Chicken Rice Ball set meal with fried vegetables with shallots and lotus root pork ribs soup The rice ball was fragrant, firm, a bit sticky and easily tear apart with chop stick. Taste wise same like chicken rice but texture is like eating rice dumplings.
The chicken was springy, chewy and juicy with lots of lean meat too! Most important is the chilli sauce which was a bit sour and spiciness just nice and taste shiok !! The chicken rice ball was wrapped in special paper maybe to retain the moisture and after "unwrap" the paper, I saw the rice so "fat" and "juicy" and glistens under natural lighting
The seat meal also comes with Lotus root pork ribs soup which tastes nice and homely and packs a lot of ingredients like lotus roots, carrots, red dates and pork ribs.
As for the fried vegetables with shallots, I find that is a bit too oily for me but taste wise still acceptable for me.

I ordered the Penang Prawn Bee Hoon which was delicious and the soup was fillled with a rich, concentrated prawny taste. The Prawn Bee Hoon consists of ingredients like medium sized prawns, sliced lean pork, kang kong and bean sprouts and it was garnished with lots of fried spring onions. The bee hoon was fantastic when absorbed with the rich prawn taste soup!

I ordered a plate of Hokkien Mee served with fresh prawns, sotong, bean sprouts and eggs for S$8.00 and this portion is enough for 2 to 3 persons servings. The Hokkien Mee is awesome as the noodles and bee hoon have absorbed the goodness and essence of the broth. The lard that was added into the Hokkien Mee makes it very fragrant and the small cubes of lard is so crispy that it just explodes in my mouth with a loud crunchy sound.

My friend recommended me to try the pig liver mee sua & I decided to went there on Friday evening. Since is a weekday, hence there was no queue. I ordered the pig liver mee sua & was surprised to see the soup is black colour, must be they added dark soya sauce in the soup. In order to taste the softness & freshness of the pig liver, the temperature & the time to cook must be just nice else if overcooked, the texture is hard hence not nice. This stall's pig liver given in generous portion & the texture is soft & chewy. Literally, when I chew the pig liver, it basically melts in my mouth & taste SHIOK!! As for the mee sua, is cooked just nice and slipped through my throat smoothly. Overall, is a nice dish to try for all pig liver lovers !

I ordered a plate of crispy carrot cake at $3. The portion is quite generous and the carrot cake & eggs smell very nice and looks nice too! This stall serves carrot cake in generous portion of eggs and main focus is the crispy on the outside & soft on the inside. The owner even set up stall during the Singapore Expo Food festival but the price is much more expensive. I rather buy & eat at hawker center. Even though there is a long queue when I ordered during weekends but I waited for about 10 mins hence their service is quite fast! As for the chilli, taste normal to me. I prefer to eat without the chilli as I can taste the original version of carrot cake ! Overall, is a must try for all crispy carrot cake lovers!

I ordered a bowl of dry fishball mee pok with chilli for S$3.00. The Mee Pok was springy & was cooked with the right temperature & timing and the noodles are not sticked together. The noodles was tasty and goes very well with the chilli sauce & lard. There are a lot of ingredients such as fishballs, big fish cake slices & minced pork. Their speciality is their bouncy and fresh fishballs and I like it very much.
Even though there are no queue but average waiting time is about 30mins during peak hours & they will served to my table.
Overall I find that this is one of the better fishball noodles that I have tasted & is a must try for all fishball noodles lovers!

The chicken breast is tender & moist & not as dry & hard compared to other stall. As for the soup is brewed using the chicken bones and it's MSG free hence taste naturally sweet. What I like most is the gravy which they pour over the chicken, not too salty and very fragrant unlike other stalls which are oily and salty. I also love the rice which is fluffy & flavourful & not too dry or soft. The rice also have a nice fragrance of garlic and sesame oil. The chili also taste shiok and sourish & not watery. Overall, this is one of the best chicken rice I ever tasted & is a must try for all chicken rice lovers!
