This is just one third of the selection available! Seriously good stuff! If you want to try a buffet with awesome desserts, I recommend Weekend Brunch at The Knolls.

Still not fully recovered, but longing to dive into this pile of crispy, golden chicken parts. Using only fresh, not frozen, meat, this dish has the poultry marinated for 6 hours in a proprietary seasoning before being battered and deep-fried. You'll find the meat is immensely tasty from skin to bone – great on its own or complemented with the accompanying salsa and honey mustard sauce. Also available as wings or boneless tenders.
P.S. - Wash down all that yummy chook with the Ladykiller! It's a boozy drink built for sharing: an upsized mojito with an upside-down bottle of beer that replenishes the cocktail as you sip from it.
Last week's Valentine's Day date with the boy. He's not a sweet(s) person so I usually end up finishing most of our "shared" desserts. I guess he is still sweet for loving me despite my ever-expanding waistline.
Anyway, this is one of the best waffles around, the batter crimped in the griddle so impeccably that the dimpled exterior boasts a lightly crisp texture while the insides provide the contrast of a soft, fluffy bite.
While the buttery burnt sugar flavour of the glossy salted caramel enhanced the toastiness of the waffle nicely, I think they could afford to be less generous with it as I found it too saccharine halfway through the waffle, especially when teamed with the vanilla bean ice cream and icing sugar.
She should know best.
In her exact words, “Hakka Salt Chicken, Claypot XO Tunghoon, Mandarin Orange Pork Ribs, Soy Sauce Chicken (my fave), Claypot Fish Soup with Chinese Wine, Egg White Vemicelli, Homemade Beancurd with Fish Paste and White Cabbage. You are making me hungry now!” Hungry?

In case the classic plain version isn't exciting enough, their brownies come with a wide selection of fun toppings such as the ones pictured above too. From left to right: "Om Nom Nom" (oreo, milo & nutella), Sea Salt Caramel and Marsh E. Mellow (toasted marshmallows).
I like that these are chewy and slightly moist, which is the way brownies should be. The other cool thing is P.osh Brownies can be produced in bigger sizes with colourful customised messages. Great as gifts don't you agree?
Cuban slow-roasted pork, Swiss cheese, pickled cucumber & mustard. Comes with a side of salad & spiced fries too!
This is a pretty big portion, so best to share if you're a small eater. If you like bacon like me, go for this! The pork is thinly sliced—full of flavour—and I loved the vinegary crunch of the pickled cucumbers. I wouldn't have minded more cheese though, but I'm a melted cheese fan~
Thankful for all the awesome friends I've made from #Burpple & #CoffeeAndCravings. 2 nights of pigging out… NYE is for hibernating! 😂
Traditional saffron rice dish with marinated chicken, salmon and tilapia. Really delicious! Will comeback for this again!
One of the better churros I've had. Very satisfying dessert.
Paired with White Chocolate Coconut Mikado and served in handmade charcoal cone
Joined the @coffeeandcravings tasting at Pies & Coffee two nights ago (thanks @geekyelephant for the invite!) and was stunned at the number of items they prepared for us – SEVENTEEN pies, quiches, bakes and cakes!!! This one isn't a pie, but it's my top pick of the night. Mussels, sliced fish and rice soak in smoky lobster bisque under a golden-brown blanket of gooey cheese, so delicious that we couldn't resist wiping the dish clean even though we were already bursting.
Two of my favourite things on one plate 😍😍😍. Only $5 during their happy hour!
