Made with fish stock, chicken & pork bones, so rich & flavourful. Haven’t quite had anything like it in Sg and got me preferring Sapporo styled ramen over Kyushu/Hakata ones for the first time. Oh, and the gyoza were delicious too! 🌸

Lotsa locals, and we had to rely on Google Translate to order. No English menu but wow, all charcoal-grilled on the spot for us, including the spring chicken. Tender, juicy, delicious. Found the drawing of the chef’s face at the entrance of the alley later. Hidden gem!
