🍣@sushigo.sg’s newest menu available now! 🎉 Its a Shinkansen 🚅 Sushi Concept by the RE&S Group at Jurong Point!

The GO-Tsumami Sushi ($5.50) is a must-try. It’s a hybrid of a sushi and an onigiri where you pick up the sushi with the seaweed underneath and wrapped it up into your mouth for a explosion of flavours!

Sushi-GO will offer S$1.80 weekday lunch promotion starting from 1 September 2020 from 11am - 5pm with fun daily themes: Salmon Monday, Tamago Tuesday, Spicy Wednesday, Ebi Thursday. So check out @sushigo.sg and bookmark them for a fun sushi date with your friends!

The Kinako Warabi Mochi was really good! Really improved a lot from the last time I ate. Soft, marshmallowy paired perfectly with black sugar syrup! 🤤 Thanks @kevincheejy for the yummy creation!

(Swipe left for the range of Makis available for the deal). Even doable if you are on #meatlessmonday, picture at the back is their Spicy Avocado 🥑 which packed a fiery punch!

Sliced beef + cajun fish skin chips + souv vide egg on top of rice. The beef one was definitely more tasty as compared to the chicken one. The bowl could do some balancing as the Flavours were pretty one dimensional.

Not the greatest fan of Shoyu based ramen, but I would definitely accept this! This was probably my favourite in the long extensive menu.

The shoyu broth was light yet tasty at the same time, making it really easy to finish the bowl without any feeling of jelat-ness.

The one with all 3 types of meat - Char Siew, Toroniku (Pork cheek) and Buta Kakuni (braised pork belly) and topped with their special black onion sauce. The soup base was really thick and alittle too heavy for me.

Really loved the Uobushi Tonkotsu soup base over their usual Tonkotsu, there was more dimension to it and made less "porky" and gelat. The Aburi-ed Pork collar meat was really tender and right on flavour. My only gripe was the "roughness" of the noodles. Price point of the noodles was definitely a plus especially at Nex.

@ramen_keisuke has done it again with their newest concept - Teppanyaki Hamburg Nihonbashi Keisuke Bettei opening TOMORROW (13 Mar)!! The menu is pretty straight forward, 2 kind of Hamburg Patty - Original ($18.80) or Triple Cheese ($20.80)! My tip will be go for the original and top it up with a perfect sunny side up, the prime beef patty and egg yolk goes remarkably well together 🤤(especially when there's free flow eggs right 😏). This was a invited tasting, thank you @sixthsensepr for the lovely invitation 😘

This is their cheapest Omakase option and it gives you 2 appetisers, 5 sushi pieces, a small chirashi don and a dessert. What's interesting here is the chef focuses on Aged Sushi (fermented fish slices on sushi rice). Most memorable pieces was the negitoro with 14 day old aged egg yolk and the eggplant sushi!!
