This was a very very decent #omakase from @miraku_sg - $68 for a 15 course lunch incl 3 appetisers, 9 pcs of nigiri sushi incl THAT UNI 😍😍, wagyu sukiyaki /w onsen egg, soup w homemade fish paste, & ice cream of plum, shiso & perilla. foodporn heh

Choose from 4 different bases including sushi rice, red and brown rice, trio rice mix or salad followed by choice of poke. Fresh from the tank and grilled to perfection in front of customers (if you're lucky enough to sit at chef's table). Skin was so crispy and charred just nice 🍱🐟🇯🇵❤ Get the chef recommended set ($26.80+, medium) and enjoy it in three different ways (original, with spices including freshly grated wasabi, and porridge style with the provided broth). Severely tempted by Spicy Salmon as well but we will have to try that next time along with the Warrior Maki (brown rice crab meat maki roll topped with salmon sashimi and garlic mayo + chicken floss) which was sold out today 😢 Highly recommend the $2 miso soup too!!
