Cafe Hopping

Doesn't look like much but there are actually 3 pancakes in this stack and it was wayy too much for one person to finish. Highly recommend sharing instead! Pancakes were a little to dense instead of the soft and fluffy type I enjoy. Will stick to the hotcake next time.

Brioche topped with loads of smoked salmon, two free range poached eggs and anchovie hollandaise sauce with bits of mentaiko mixed in. Such a lovely cafe, would be here all the time if it wasn't so far from my house :(

So sinful. So good.

The hanger steak was excellent, wish there was more of it. Fried rice had lots of wok hei flavour too!

Okay I finally understand the hype around this dish!! 😍 loved the crispy exterior of the hotcake contrasting with the warm dense centre. I'll be back for this!

The consistency of the sauce was perfect, covering every strand without being too dry. Just wish it came with some form of protein considering the price. Service was was very attentive and friendly though 👍

I'm not normally a breakfast food person but this was grounds for conversion! Thick creamy hollandaise, perfectly poached eggs and toast that somehow managed to give a crunch despite mopping up all that sauce.
