Thick chewy noodles in Very strong pork bone broth. The Char Siew was very tender and portions were generous. My friend says it feels like there were 50 piglets swimming in the broth. He meant it in a good way.
The best and most tender ton katsu I've had. Lifting from another food blog, the meat is so tender you can cut it with just chop sticks.
