☕️ Its like an escape, away from the bustling and hustling city.
If you ever go to JB on a Monday night, visit their Pasar Malam near KSL! You would be surprised by their good eats.
The famous one bite durian puff where it is recommended to finish a puff in one bite. The durian paste literally explodes in your mouth when you take the first bite. (www.taste-better.com)

Breakfast/lunch for champions. Was awarded "The Best Chicken Chop in Malaysia" back in 2013 and it didn't disappoint at all. I ordered the fried chicken with mushroom sauce with 2 eggs. Chicken was perfectly done, juicy and tender. The fried potatoes is not the typical fries or wedges.
Cost: RM17.90
They served seriously good braised pork and the "dark" meat. We ordered almost their entire menu and it costed us less than 100RM. No trace of the porky smell but the entire shop was filled with the aromatic braising liquid.
Just by watching the pork slowly simmering in the braising liquid got me so excited. No time to take picture. Take one shoot and Eat more.

It's where the magic happens. Tonight, we're indulging in Ah Ping's dry bak kut teh. We're talking concentrated flavors of authentic Malaysian bak kut teh. Incredibly sweet, these fall-off-the-bone tender pork ribs exude a hint of charred smokiness juxtaposed against a savory saltiness from its natural jus. Absolutely amazing! 😋

A friendly and patient staff at Miyakori Cafe was very kind to take me through a detailed description of their coffee. He said that their medium roasted blend of beans are from El Salvador, Sumatra and Brazil. And regardless if it is made into a cappucino or latte, the nutty and chocolatey tasting coffee will leave a pleasantly sweet aftertaste. After finishing up my Instagram-worthy cup of "Cat"puccino, I couldn't agree with him more. Discover this cafe for yourself at 41 Jalan Indah 22/14, Bukit Indah.
Claypot 老鼠粉 cooked like soup based. Absolutely a must try ;))
I keep going back for this because it simply is THE BEST rendition of this dish there is – just look at all that salted egg yolk caking the crustacean.
