One of the amazing appetisers at Audace that will be available for a one night only dinner pairing with Código 1530.

The confit egg yolk was deliciously gooey with small bits of sea urchin, contrast with flavours of crisp radish and acchillée. This is paired with Código 1530's Blanco Tequila and a La Paloma cocktail.

The one-night-only event is on February 1st, 6.30pm, and the five-course dinner menu is just $128++ per person. Each dish will be paired with a taster tequila shot from the Codigo 1530 range (Blanco, Reposado, Rosa and Añejo) and a Codigo 1530 cocktail.

Today Crackerjack had a special Piña Colada menu. I had the Piña Colada spread on toast. Which was pretty much their rendition of kaya toast served with 63 degree eggs. The buttery spread tasted like coconut and pineapple, but everything worked together well. The plain eggs could've used some sauce or flavouring cos once I finished the toast it was a little hard to finish the plain eggs. But all in all, good value at just $6.

Craving for this Shendol Delights ($10) by Chef Shen Tan at Revolution Coffee!
Super creamy coconut panna cotta with gula melaka syrup, served with homemade red bean ice cream. I could wipe out a few plates of this by myself. The panna cotta was super smooth and thick. I could do without the chendol though, just because they’ve freaked me out since young… those unnaturally chemical green tentacle like jelly things *shivers*.

We were looking for a dinner place then came across Wolf Burger's new collaboration with Bird Bird. i.e. Wolf Burgers is now serving up burgers in Bird Bird's old location at Ann Siang and to avoid changing the decor I guess that's why it's a collaboration? 🤔 I guess they did mention they came up with a special menu for this place.
Anyways, the Horlicks Vanilla Milkshake… spiked with a little Baileys ($12.50). Thick, gluggy, sweet, spiked and decorated with crunchy crushed choc bix (that clogs up the straw once mixed in)… I liked it and I'd go back for this again.

This delicious concoction is made with sweet cream ice cream, raspberry and includes all the Halloween goodies like gummy worm and gummy brains. OREO crumbs are then used to top it all off for a grainy bite.
I really enjoyed the frozen raspberry bits within the ice cream—perfect to chill out on a sunny day… and that chewy gummy brain, delicious! 😋

Craving for something a little more hearty and comforting at a hip joint like Pince & Pints apart from their popular Lobster Rolls?
This July 2016, indulge in Chinese-style Lobster Noodles with crispy egg noodles, Shimeji White Mushrooms, Carrots and Hong Kong Choy Sum. The dish is covered with their in-house made lobster gravy and of course topped with Pince & Pints signature steamed whole lobster.
Love the crispy noodles as they soften when coasted in the delicious gravy . I definitely wouldn't mind having it again! Only available till 31st July 2016 for lunch and dinner so grab your reservations and try out this dish.

Enjoy this savoury dessert at Penang Hawkers' Fare. A thin crisp pancake filled with ground peanuts, sugar and drizzled with margarine. Best enjoyed warm off the stove.

Dreaming about these #Magnum ice creams we had last week before the Pleasure Store closed. Dark Chocolate base with Pixie Dust, Chocolate Hearts & Chocolate Crunchy and drizzled with White Chocolate. Mmmm…

Out of practice. First time attempting a bear face in over a year. Totally miss messing around with latte art but glad I got the chance today at Oriole Cafe & Bar's "Make Your Own Coffee" weekend pop-up!
