Watch your food being carefully prepared at the live cooking stations and enjoy Braised Pork Belly La Mian hand-pulled by the restaurant's own La Mian Master.

There's no aphrodisiac like loneliness… and oysters… This isn't a highlight of the Penang Buffet at 10@Claymore, but deserves a shout-out. The cold seafood selection is so fresh and they even have 3 types of oysters on offer. The sweeter ones are from US & New Zealand, my personal favourite are the US ones for their sweetness and they're plump and fleshy… oh so slurpingly good!

I simply can't resist… even though there's only 4 types of cheese available, there's a good mix of savoury, mild to deliciously stinky flavours to pick from. Plus many dried fruit & nuts to create your own mini cheese platter.

Previewed the Buffet Egg-Xperience tonight at STREET 50 Restaurant & Bar with dishes made using N&N Farm's pasteurised fresh eggs. The egg buffet will be available 25th-27th March for Easter with fun activities like making your own Easter egg terrarium.
Definitely one for the egg lovers, the buffet lunch is just $38++/adult and $18++/child.
We had an eggcelent night.

Thanks to Burpple for this #BurppleTastemakers treat! The Buffet has been a favourite buffet place amongst families for years. Offering a steamboat style buffet with offerings of seafood, meats, veges, desserts plus their popular drunken prawns and delicious durian purée! Had lots of fun revisiting The Buffet and left with a very satisfied belly 😊

A definite must-have when you're at The Buffet—M Hotel are the herbal Drunken Prawns. Prepared by a chef at the cooking station with fresh prawns—these are delicious! Had to go for another round 😄

The dessert range at The Buffet—M Hotel includes local delights and favourites like ice cream, chocolate fondue and fruit cake. Something for everyone to enjoy!
