Although the fish looked super crispy, inside was chunky moist meat.
The only disappointment was the soup which one can’t find any fish maw.

Layers of pink sponge cake, filled with decadent Gula Melaka Fudge filled with Attap Chee. Sweet memories of the past!

Packed with chunks of attap chee.
Only disappointment was the writings on the cake which looked smudged. ‘yuna’ became ‘yunu’.

Pork & Veal Pie 🥧 , Pistachio, Egg 🥚, Apple 🍏 Chutney (S$17++)
Strawberry 🍓 & Almond Pie 🥧 , Whipped Cream (S$16++)

Waited quite awhile for the complimentary bread 🍞 basket 🧺 because it was baking a new batch.
The strawberry 🍓 pie 🥧 was delicious 😋, served pipping hot. The slightly tart strawberry 🍓 balanced the finely minced sweet almond paste filling.
The pork was served cold 🥶. The apple chutney helped to balance the flavours.
