Crispy charred edges, fresh plump seafood, ocean-like broth - the Charcoal Seafood Paella by Josper hits all the right notes for a great paella! For a small portion, it feeds about 2 pax just right (for normal eaters) and has just the right amount of ingredient to rice ratio. The perfectly cooked rice has a nice bite due to the burnt bits while retaining the juices from the broth that it has been cooked in. The seafood-y broth tastes much like the ocean, as it carries your taste buds back to the shores.

Wash it down with a mojito or sangria & you've got the party started!

Got hooked onto Paella ever since I had the one from Pasarbella! I am in love I tell you! Sadly, the seafood were a tad bit bland, but the rice was flavorful!

It's my first time trying paella & I must say, IT'S REALLY GOOD! 👍 extremely rich flavours but I can't compare. Not too bad a first experience tho!
