The most expensive item on the menu, this dish was certainly worth it's price tag. Filled with generous and large slices of thinly sliced wagyu that were served medium rare, they were so delectable and amazing. Goodness all in a piping hot bowl!
Another close up of the tender honeycomb tripe nom!
For only $9.90, there was a generous portion serving of fresh rice noodles, beef steak slices, beef tendon, beef honeycomb tripe and beef ball. The soup was refreshing with a hint of spicyness from the chili, and the squeezing of lime accentuated the taste. They claim to not have any MSG, and the soup was surprisingly flavourful, yet clear and not greasy. Totally worth it for the price and I'll definitely be back!
Quite the most expensive item on the menu due to the usage of tenderloin - supposedly a higher-end quality cut of beef that laced the transparent chewy rice noodles that were well cooked. Soup was light and sweet, filled with spring onions, bean sprouts and onions. Tenderloin were indeed tender, but pity they were sliced a tad thin. Slurped it all clean anyway!
Soup was light and good, noodles were cooked well.
