Finally get to have lunch here. Tried their signature dish, Fish & Chips. Very generous with the fries. The size of the fish is a bit big but the batter is very nice. Tastes different and original compared to other places that I've tried.
Cooked with Japanese soup stock and infused with bacon, this comforting Asian risotto is completed with hon shimeji mushrooms and a glorious sous vide egg.
Another awesome night with fab foodies during Coffee & Cravings Meetup. Love the low light ambience at East 8. Everything looks so dreamy.
A supposedly burger joint but serves everything with pork on the menu except the fowl play (chicken) and vega (meat-free). This burger place may not be recommended for the weak-hearted.
This is SUMO burger, featuring the pork patty and crispy batter fried pork belly with salad and roasted sesame dressing. All burgers set are served with fries and a choice of beverage. May the pork be with you.
Last four days to try this before April's special arrive.
nevertheless, a smoky rendition of an ice cream tart. probably one of my favorite dishes here.

Old-school and so good! That "q" feel and that crisp exterior is just perfect!
In the event that supper does not happen, this is very well my last meal of 2014. What a satisfactory one it was, with a big fillet of salmon crisped on the surfaces and a pretty medium-rare pink in the middle. Loved the way the fish flaked apart, though I found the coldness of the centre a bit disconcerting on the tastebuds. Fork-crushed potatoes, spring onion and strips of nori in a light cream sauce complete the dish.
Seafood Pasta infused with Thai flavours. Creamy, spicy & sour with hints of lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves. Would be better if the spaghetti was al dente.
I am totally blown away by how crazy delicious the crabs are at this restaurant. The quality of the crabs and prawns (which are what we had) is EXCELLENT, and this applies especially to the Godzilla-huge Alaskan King Crab legs! Such fresh, firm and sublimely sweet meat. We ordered ours cooked in two of the three types of sauces available - Garlic Butter and the Fully Loaded (mild level spiciness). Both are lip-smackingly tasty. The latter has the aromatic, complex spicy kick of Cajun spices which had us repeatedly dipping our side orders of bread rolls and sweet potato fries in. It's a seriously fun dining experience too. Once the waiter plonked down and unrolled our bags of crabs and prawns, it's all hands on deck for the feasting. Crab-lovers, you must check out this place.
