Across The Causeway - Malaysia Boleh!

This reminds me of something like Yoogane. As Ying and I were still pretty full, we decided to just order the one without meat. One thing to note, they require you to have a minimum of 2 orders (the same as Yoogane) for meat orders. They only have like 4-5 meats selections, not many to choose from.

This is the rice cake set, which consists of rice cakes, fish cakes, eggs, ramyeon and the vegetables.
It was super super spicy, GOSH.

I kept drinking water and spamming pickled radish (this helps to reduce the spiciness in your mouth, so learn okay!) But I would rather go for Yoogane over this, because Yoogane has my favourite sweet potato rice cake (Goguma ddoeboeki) :P

Finally had the time to explore this cafe in JB. It's pretty easy to get there! This cafe is pretty small but I love the interior design of it! Decided to try their soft eggs and it tastes like those Japanese onsen eggs, sooooo good! It is also my first time trying beef bacon (because they are halal certified) & I must say, it's pretty not bad!! The portion looks kinda little but actually it's just right for one! So Rmb not to over order! Given the exchange rate now, the cafe food is really very affordable! What is special about this place? The drinks, I must say. My friend ordered a rose latte while I ordered rose peach tea (nice combination and unique isn't it?) I'll definitely head back to JB to explore more of such small quaint cafes!

This is by far, my favourite place to have BKT. Have tried some in SG, but nth beats this old school shop! 🙌 you can choose the ingredients that you want to have in your delicious soup broth! It is light yet rich flavour:) it just urge you to have one mouth after another. I've been craving this for months and finally got it today! BKT lovers, do not hesitate, go and try it! :D
