Food I Wanna Try
From O'ma Spoon Korean Dessert Cafe outside the food court at Level 4. This is the two person portion, and comes with milk-based shaved ice with green tea powder, Azuki red beans and green tea ice-cream atop. Green Tea flavour was evident throughout and the ice was shaved till really fine so it was smooth and melt-in-the-mouth without having to bite. Recommended.
Now at Indocafe celebrating mum's birthday. Their Chendol Panna Cotta is very good! With the green jelly (still have no idea what it's called), nata de coco, red bean and gula Melaka. Awesome service π and equally great food!
They serve mock tails which are pretty unique and at the same time i love their cheesecake! Really well done and I am sure the rest will agree with me. Have a great Monday everyone! π
Close your eyes and taste this and you will think this is a good chocolate cake. I'm missing their Chocolate Rainbow Logcake. That was fantastic!
Works so well on hot sunny days! Really like Cafe Pal's version of the milk tea - rich yet not too sweet. Yum!
The roasted black sesame ice cream is really good imo. π¦ Waffle wise, easily in my list of top 10 waffle places βΊοΈ
A signature here is the UGLY SUE. It is ugly outside but beautiful inside. The crumbly soft meringue is filled with passionfruit mousse, rolled with fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.

Somewhat deconstructed buttermilk waffle but beautifully presented (scored). Taro paste sandwiched in the waffle with dollops of taro trapped in the squares (scored twice). Paired with earl grey ice cream which had a good balance of sweetness and creamy texture (scored again). I've waffled before I'll waffle again and will be back to try the taro cheesecake.
The rich & thick sweetened coconut milk complements the mango & glutinous rice well, making every bite a joy!
More and more places in Singapore are offering the well loved multi-layered mille crepe cakes. Here are the Hokkaido Milk Chocolate and Matcha Azuki Mille Crepe cakes at Doi Chaang Coffee. I like that the cakes are not too sweet and the crepes are so thin and creamy.
if u love nachos, cheese & chicken, you will love this! And the food here so good. Surprise find in a cafe!! ππ
We were told that the gourmet waffles were sold out when we arrived but thank you dear @sophiensyy for making this possible. π Waffles were good, the liu sha dip was even better π And FatCat has probably the best pistachio gelato till date.
