Silky smooth scrambled eggs, interspersed with smoked salmon pieces, and served with toasted rye bread and rocket salad. Would have been nicer if there was more salmon!

Waffles were really light and crisp, and I love the side toppings of Greek yogurt, stewed apples and pistachio bits! 😋

The squid ink flavour was there and the scallops were fresh! 👍

And now this reminds me of the Chinese version aka liushabao which I haven't eaten in a longggg time!

😋 This morning's little field trip was to bring a group of students from Taiwan to Tiong Bahru because their project is about food in Singapore! Hahaha, we gave them a taste of both local food at the hawker centre and desserts at the cafés just next door~ Talk about gentrification man, the old vs new contrast can never be more stark! Anyway it was fun bringing them around, hope they enjoyed themselves as much as I did! 😁

The food really lived up to its hype and the portions were generous! We left the place with full bellies but happy souls hehe 🙆

Not a coffee person but gave their Mocha a shot and it came with a cute latte art! Also featuring the badly slayed {Brioche French Toast Waffles} which was 👍👍👍

A waffle-wich enveloping smoked ham, candied bacon and a fried egg, it was a nice play of sweet and savoury, especially the candied bacon that impressed a non-bacon lover like me! Plus the waffles were so light and crispy~ Definitely one of my favourite dishes from their new weekend brunch menu! 👍

What a creative spin - can you imagine a french toast pressed into a waffle machine? Soaked in Amaretto-laced mixture before being waffle-ised, this comes served with vanilla ice cream. Drizzle the berry compote over and mmm~ you can get a really good combination! 👍
