We had it in chicken soup base which the noodles soaked up the milky broth quite well. It is also available in special Mala soup base. Great choice if got a number of people to share it with.

Boxing Chicken 泰拳鸡 (S$12++/ M)
Chicken drumlets glazed in sweet and savoury sesame sauce.
Love that the end of the drumsticks were wrapped with aluminium foil without dirtying the fingers. Quite tender and juicy.

Granny’s Braised Pork Belly 家乡卤肉 (S$22++/ M)
Traditional prepared red braised pork belly cooked till tender and served with fried mantou
Nice wiping up the thick rich gravy with the fried bun. Although well braised I felt it would be better if it got the melt in the mouth texture.

Chilli Crab 辣椒螃蟹 (Seasonal Price)
Stir fried crab with special chilli sauce, ketchup, egg, and nuts.
Don’t forget to order some fried mantou to wipe up the rich eggy sauce. Not too spicy with a slight sweet taste.

Egg White with Crab Meat and Broccoli 翡翠白玉 (S$30++/ M)
Egg white, broccoli, milk, fresh crab meat, and fish roe
The fish roe gave the dish an extra texture with its popping feel.

Homemade Tofu with Minced Meat 家乡豆腐 (S$15++)
Homemade tofu matched with mushrooms, salted fish, minced meat topped with chopped kailan and chicken floss
So savoury. Best accompanied with a bowl of plain rice.

Wok Master Special Triple Dessert 一品锅特制三味布丁 (S$6.80++)
Coffee, milk and tea pudding with red bean, cendol and attap seed

Mango Pomelo Sago 杨枝甘露 (S$5.50++)
Diced mango and fresh pomelo in a chilled mango soup
A sweet ending to the meal with the pomelo cutting through the sweetness.

Accompanied the meal with
Blooming Jasmine Tea 茉莉花茶 (S$3.80++/ hot) which the flower slowly bloomed open while soaking in the hot water.
