Nor Mai Farang Phad Tofu (Stir Fried Asparagus with Egg Tofu and Mushrooms )

This, to me, tastes more Chinese than Thai. As a Chinese dish, I do like it. It tastes like home, I feel .

This Phad Thai Goong Sod (Thai Style Fried Rice Noodle with Prawns) looks exceptionally beautiful .

Interestingly, it has this tomato/ketchup/something-similar taste to it. Not in a bad way but it definitely doesn't taste like the Phad Thai I had in Thailand. Someone even commented that it tastes like Mee Goreng but in a Phad Thai Style or is it the other way around? :p

Suer Rong Hai ( "Crying Tiger" BBQ Beef Steak )

This is my favorite dish last night. One reason being i'm a fan of beef and the second reason is because the steak was really quite flavorful .

The only downside is that it is a little tough and too well done but I was told we can make a request of the doneness the next time! That will be great news !

Starting our Burpple Eatup yesterday is this Kway Teow Song Kreang (Homemade Minced Pork in Rice Noodle Wrap). Not only can you find minced pork, there is also traces of Cai Po (Preserved Turnip) in the wrap .

The Chef recommended eating the wrap with the lettuce and I must say indeed that makes the dish more refreshing.

If you think that Wildfire is all about burgers, you are wrong !

They are really good in their meat main course! So do give them a try if you are in the area and craving for some grilled meat .

Chili Con Carne Burger - 100% beef patty with butterhead lettuce, spanish onions, chili con carne, jalapeños,chedder cheese, guacamole and sour cream.

One of 7 burgers we tried yesterday and this is the one I like most .

The Works - 100% Beef Patty with baby spinach, bacon weave, rosti, parmesan crisp, fried egg, sliced tomatoes, beer-caramelised onions, guacamole and their signature master sauce.

My favorite in the Eatup yesterday. Juicy, tender and nicely chargrilled. Yums! Will go back for this anytime!

Bagels accompanied by Meat Platter that comprises of Pastrami, Corned Beef and Roast Beef; and Fish/ Dips Platter of Smoked Trout Dip, Smoked Salmon Dip and Smoked Salmon.

Classic Chicken Soup with Plain Matzo Balls to start off our eatup this evening! "Exotic" tasting - Not a big fan of the texture.
