Affordable desserts

I'm a die hard dessert fan hence I'm looking for cheaper options to satisfy my cravings without emptying my pocket 😂

I'm guessing this is their first cafe outlet, it's just opp their restaurant. The interior looks quite trendy & quirky decided to pop by😊

The variety of their cakes are very limited & extremely small as well, this cake was the largest one on display😯 The oreo cheesecake tasted slightly below average ($5.50) could taste that the cheese that they used weren't of that good quality😕

However, their macaroons($1.80each) was surprisingly good not too sweet😋 Although it's abit hard. I prefer the raspberry one( had kinda like a nutty taste) over the lavender one (kinda sour).

Plus point is that they don't charge service charge & gst + there's free wifi. I think it would be quite a nice place for studying, do bring your jacket along its quite cold😅

This is the place to go to if u want super affordable waffles that does not compromise the taste factor as well😋

The waffles were good, crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside ($3.50) + there's FREE SAUCE either chocolate /maple if I'm not wrong

Since they're called salted caramel, salted caramel ice-cream would obviously be their signature😂 However, to me it was just average nothing much to rave about. But on the other hand the raspberry sorbet was pretty decent😄 ($3.30 per scoop)

In terms of ambience it's pretty noisy so if your looking for somewhere cosy then this is not the place for u🙈

*Plus point they serve free flow of ice water

With so many cafes popping up, hans is one of the rare cafes left that serves affordable cakes & pies😥
Apple pie ($2+), brownie cheesecake($4+/$5+)
The Apple pie is good, while the brownie cheesecake is just average (can taste that the cheese they use isn't the extremely good quality ones). But for the price no complaints☺
The outlet at the national library is a conducive environment to study at📚 Not too quiet or noisy still can chit chat unlike the library where it's deathly silent😨

This shop sells mainly healthy bread but they do sell some tarts & cakes as well.

Some of it are slightly pricer, some like the one I tried is affordable.

Dark chocolate cake (made of 65% Belgium chocolate ) was really good not too sweet with a tinge of bitterness just the way I like it.
Fruit sponge cake was surprisingly not too sweet, since usually there's alot of cream it can be too sweet if they don't use quality cream. But this was just right not too sweet👍

As I ate this awhile back I can't rmb the exact price but both are below $5 each

*They do mainly takeaways so seating space is only about 6pax

With all the llao llao & honey creme popping up that are all quite pricey.

Why don't give KFC yes kfc's very own version of frozen yogurt a try? They have only 2 flavours: original & passionfruit (I prefer passionfruit)

They have cone ($1) which to me the cone does not go well with the yogurt & cup+ 1 FREE TOPPING ($2) with the options of fruit loops/mango/strawberry sauce.

I personally like the combination of passionfruit + fruit loops ($2) best and the portion is quite generous 😋

I tried their main course before I would say the pricing is really affordable by cafe standards but taste wise,it's just average.

However I was quite impressed by their lava cake it was really rich (my throat immediately felt the effect after finishing the cake, I ate chocolate ) and yummy as well! For $3.90 (chocolate ) $4.90 (matcha) or + $2 for vanilla ice cream it's the cheapest and nicest I can find so far!! (And yes I did try my friend's matcha it's really good as well!)

I think this cafe is a great place to have cakes and chitchat (rmb to book in advance so that u wouldn't need to queue), I can't wait to try out their other cakes which are price $3.90-$4.90 as well!!
