With a sensuous texture that's a cross between a custard pudding and a smooth peanut butter, this Italian dessert is decadence with a capital D.
The audaciousness of the butterscotch will make your toes curl in the most swoon-worthy way too. And in case all of that gets a bit much, thank goodness for the big dollop of cream. Voluptuous whipped fat can always be counted on for the tastiest of cushioning.
The biscottis made with Maldon sea salt, rosemary and pine nuts, were an ideal savoury complement.
Pop it into your mouth and I bet you will be wowed by it!
This was served as a pre dessert of Orange Soju which is available in @fatcatsg Korean month menu.
Yup, Sorbet! You've probably tried strawberry or lemon, but banana?
So I've heard of this menu called Reverse Smores -- never knew it's banana sorbet inside. Kinda hesitated to order when i read it on the spot, but you can't really mess up a banana dessert, can you? So there you go!
Dark-choco Thins topped with banana sorbet [and some white chocolate -- i believe], covered in lightly torched marshmallow, crowned with 3 beautiful caramel thins, seated on a beautiful wood-ish plate, in a cloud dome. [Inside-out description 😂] If you love banana and have major sweet-tooth, opt for this! 😍

On days like these, some waffles and ice cream will do wonders. It's like a yin and yang kinda thing that no one really knows why waffles is able to pair so well with ice cream, especially if it's Earl Grey Lavender flavour. Some say Creamier, some say Sunday Folks. To me, both also can lah.
Think of it as a giant egg tart that's presented differently; this was essentially what the Pandan Flan here is like, with albeit of Kaya-like flavour within. Didn't quite like how the the torched part of the Flan seemed to be only a skin which has already been dislodged from the Flan when it was served though.
Joining the buzzy Jalan Bukit Ho Swee estate area is Dessert Project, an ice cream parlour offering bold and fresh ice cream flavours. While the usual classic flavours ($3.80 per scoop) like Mango, Coconut and Matcha are available, the premium flavours ($4.20 per scoop) which include Thai Earl Grey -- a daring combination of Thai Milk Tea and Earl Grey — and Melon & Parma Ham (!!) are certainly intriguing and worth a try. Definitely go for the wonderfully nostalgia-inducing White Rabbit Candy flavour ($3.80).
It might get a tad messy while you enjoy the Soufflé Chocolate Tart, but it is worth the mess. The Audacious Cakery will be saying Adious Amigos on the 27th of this month, before they search for a new home outside Everton Park.
Do drop by to support the lovely folks, purchase 3 petit cakes or tarts and get the 4th free. This is not goodbye, but a way of saying thank you.

️☀️💦 A combination of all things honey and crunchy crumble at the bottom 🍦 Short week for me & TGIF!
Imagine the chocolatiest chocolate tart in the whole world, with the darkest smoothest ganache, and a generous crumble of crunchy praline icing: this would be it. I utterly adore the praline icing (which has really nice sugar crystals!) that's a fairly unique addition to the classic chocolate tart. If Angelina could get the tart shell to be crisp and a tad less soggy it'd be the bomb.
