(Tried to pour it evenly hence the not so pretty picture.) The gourmet waffle costs $6, additional ice cream at $4.50 per scoop for premium flavours which is almost everything. Waffles were decent, crispy and light but not as fragrant as I'd like. Could afford to give a little more salted egg yolk sauce. What was better than the waffles - their ice cream!! We had hay & honey, Earl grey lavender (fantastic if I didn't know it was Earl grey - couldn't taste any hint of that, overpowered by the light fragrance of lavender) and butter-freakin'-beer which was our favourite!! I'd very much love to come back for ice cream.

This is THE MOST AMAZING THING I HAVE EVER TASTES IN MY LIFE. It may not look like much, but trust me. I am not one to fall in love with food but this is THE ONE. ❤ Warm and moist sticky date pudding. Drizzled with warm caramel. Lightly salted. With butter cookie crumbs. Topped off with a single scoop of caramel ice cream. My taste buds just died and went to heaven. Thumbs up to Slake for this wonderful dessert. 💪👍

Does anyone else think that St Marc Cafe soft serve ice cream tastes like condensed milk or was it the topping?! SOooooooo Goooood! Like chilled spoonfuls of sweet milk caressing the tastebuds… then again maybe it's not good for me to chow down a dessert whilst having a meeting? This bar seems like a really great place to chill out with friends. The Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream comes sandwiched between 2 pieces of cookies. I had no idea how to eat this apart from eating it layer by layer, which kind of defeats the purpose of having it in a sandwich form. the cookies were definitely too hard to bite through with the quickly melting ice cream in between. And what else could be better than a shot of Bailey’s? Bailey’s topped off with a heap of milo! Perfect ending.

Infused with Baileys for an extra taste factor, this was a delicious Creme Brûlée which would've been better with a slightly more even and caramelised shell. The vanilla ice cream is a good side to bring down the sweetness.
