Best Frozen Treats

Good selection of ice cream flavours, only gripe was that the egglet could perhaps have been more crisp, otherwise it was overall a good combination!

Definitely on the list of my favourite ice cream haunts in town!! Two delicious flavours - strawberry pocky and earl grey tie guan yin perched prettily atop a lovely crumbly tart ($16). Though a little pricey, I will definitely be back for more :)!

Essentially just like regular ice cream though watching them scrape and roll was pretty therapeutic :)

Really rich and creamy! Loved the peanuts and coconut chips :)

Best of all, it is paired with my all-time favourite Liu Sa rice balls aka salted egg yolk custard sauce ($14.90). Flowing with enthusiasm from the crispy hot rice balls, the creamy liu sa was a joyful jumble with the matcha soft serve, accompanied by a savoury yet sweet-and-bitter matcha aftertaste!

Coconut soft serve drizzled with salted egg yolk sauce in a cute husk. Not a coconut fan but this made me a convert.

Glutinous rice is used in their mochi donut for its distinctive, soft and chewy texture. The mochi donut is freshly prepared upon order, which fried into golden-browned and gorgeously puffed, that has a soft and chewy interior with slightly crispy exterior. The contrast between the warm donut and cold soft serve is such a treat, topped with almond crunch and dehydrated raspberry that added a crunchy texture to it too. A great way to stay cool under this scorching hot weather!

The soft serve flavours of The Bakery Chef for August. If you are one who loves light ice-cream flavours without the usual caramel, vanilla or chocolate combinations of flavour this is for you; the light Rose syrup flavour blends well with the refreshing lychee flavour that lifts up the soft serve. And even if you are craving for something sweet, the addition of Caramel Popcorn at $1.00 is more than sufficient with its crunch and thick coating of caramel.

Loved the combination of strawberries, homemade yuzu white chocolate and rice crisp over the soft serve!
