A very refreshing dish with fresh mango shreds and onions with a sweet and sour sauce. The chicken was also crispy and juicy.

The sweet and spicy homemade sauce has a hint of lemongrass, assam and chilli that gives a spicy and refreshing taste to the tastebuds.

The 'king' of Penang char kway teow - the sweetness from the crab meat is a perfect complement to the salted egg and fried kway teow 》$15.95

Kway teow wok-fried to give a nice wok hei with garlic, beansprouts and sambal then tossed in salted egg and served with cockles, fish cake, prawns and squid. Topped with crab meat and salted egg crumbs before it was served on the table.

If I have to choose between the signature fresh lala soup or this power drunken lala soup with rice wine, I would definitely go for this! The soup offers a garlicky and sharp aftertaste that will deeply register in your mind and leave you wanting for more. The rich soup base with rice wine blends perfectly with glass noodle and the clams were fresh and clean 》$7.90

A signature item on their menu was this fresh lala soup with a choice of soup only, bee hoon, or glass noodle. The clams were well cleaned and fresh while the broth was rich and flavourful. There was a choice to have it spicy or non-spicy but the added chilli kind of overpower/mask the flavours from the soup that we end up tasting more chilli than anything else. It would be better to go with non-spicy to enjoy the natural seafood flavour 》$7.90

with roasted baby potatoes, mixed sweet peppers compote and balsamic glaze.

The slab of salmon was seared to perfection, keeping it tender and moist with a crackling crispy skin. Simple, healthy and oh, so good!
