A light and refreshing pasta served chilled. This resembles pretty much like a Thai salad pasta with their sour & spicy dressing. Comes with cherry tomatoes, dried shrimps, garlic, long bean, peanut, prawns, squid and shredded papaya. Order this if you are someone who loves Thai food.

Curly pasta, sichuan garlic oil, garlic prawns, lup cheong crumble and tobiko

I was expecting this to be something garlicky like a aglio olio but it turned out to be a mala pasta 😅 I liked their purple looking curly pasta infused with blue pea flower that was done al dente. This is like a fusion of Chinese, Italian and Japanese dish with the combination of pasta, mala and tobiko. Luckily Burpple Beyond comes with a free flow drink coz the mala almost killed my tongue. It was quite interesting especially with the tobiko added for a different texture to this dish.

A comforting bowl of seafood aglio olio cooked with generous bits of crab meat and tiger prawns. The overall has a mild cheese and garlicky flavour on the spaghetti which I liked. Not to mention the portion of pasta served is indeed generous and super worth the price tag especially when it comes with chef Bernard's cooking skills and quality seafood》$18.90

Tacos with locally-grown golden snapper and chipotle mayonnaise topped with fresh mango salsa, served with seasonal greens and curly fries.

All things crispy/fried in one plate with a mini portion of greens to make us less guilty. The fish was good, topped with a refreshing portion of mango salsa and wrapped in corn tortilla. I find it difficult to bite the whole taco and end up deconstructing it 🤣

Sweet, sour and spicy all in this dish. The tangy and spicy sauce on the chicken makes me crave for more although it gets a little fiery on the tongue after awhile. Chap chye was decent but I didn't like the egg and baked beans. I'm so used to the taste of canned baked beans and I couldn't accept when it turned out different. The chicken and spicy sauce is something that would make me order this again.

Requested to exclude squid from my hokkien mee and it came with generous amount of clams and prawn. This was surprisingly good, way better than expected with generous amount of clams, wok-hei and chilli. I usually prefer to get my hokkien mee from hawker centres as I think it's more fragrant and taste better so I wasn't putting any high hopes when I ordered hokkien mee from a restaurant》$9.90

Just look at that ‘about to ooze’ runny quail egg yolk 🤤 I had fun constructing my own mini ‘double patty’ burger. They do provide disposable gloves just in case you are worried about getting your hands dirty.

Creamy angel hair pasta tosses with chilli gourmet bak kwa and krispee frostee floss》$12

The creamy pasta was coated with krispee frostee pork floss that is actually a combination beween BCH crispy and traditional pork floss which helps to add more texture to the whole dish. I was never a fan of cream based pasta but this was pretty good especially with the combination of pork floss in it. Althought the floss were good, it kind of covers the taste of chilli gourmet bak kwa in this dish.

Tender sous vide whole chicken thigh stuffed with gourmet fusion mousseline, served with a side of potato mousse, baby spinach and crispy thin sheets of bak kwa》$22

I like the crispy sheets of chiziban and potato mousse. The chicken was tender and the pieces of bak kwa did add some sweetness to it.

A refreshing summer salad of mixed mesclun, baby radish, green apples, compressed orange-infused watermelon and gourmet fusion bak kwa. Served with yuzu foam and citrus vinaigrette on the side》$14

Here at BCH Grillery, they are creative in making their bak kwa versatile. Never would I ever thought of throwing some bak kwa into a salad. The citrussy and refreshing salad dressing complements well with the sweet and savoury bak kwa.
