This definitely makes your money worth. At $8.50, you get a choice of soft serve + slice of cheesecake + salt camembert cookie. Definitely go for the mix swirl so that it doesn’t get too jelat before your finish it. It can be a bit too much to finish the soft serve and cheesecake, so definitely share this! Matcha cheese cake had just enough matcha flavour 😋

Back for my favourite houji cha soft serve! This is what hunger does to you, unwilling to try new things and just want your old comfort. I must say their decor w the polar bear is very cute. But w a barely covering layer of Injeolmi and no red bean, I doubt I'll be having bingsu here again.

I'm still dreaming about this Adzuki & Madagascan vanilla trifle from last week 🤤 I usually avoid trifles because there's nothing exciting abt cream layers. But if it's SOFT SERVE layers, I'm totally down for it! 🍴
The adzuki taste could be a bit stronger but if milky soft serve is your thing, it is definitely milky enough! The matcha white chocolate and fresh strawberries 😋😋 in the kuromitsu sauce was just sooooo good!

Black sesame parfait w mixed kinako & matcha soft serve from Sunday. The wait at the bridal studio was too long for me to bear and I hopped over to matchaya for this! 😍 Though the wait was rather long as they delicately placed the layers of the parfait, it was all worth it. (When I got back to the studio, I could sashay right into their wardrobe w/o waiting 😂😂) 🍴
The slight sweet toasted taste of kinako definitely complements the slight bitterness of matcha. 🤤 and that super thick and smooth black sesame sauce. 😋😋 plus the rice puffs and adzuki beans in between 😍😍😍

Tom's palette is a hidden gem in Shaw towers. They night have the prettiest ice creams but definitely have the quirkiest and tastiest. On the left is white chocolate nori & pumpkin winter melon. The white chocolate nori is sweet w a slight note of savoury while the pumpkin winter melon is almost like the pumpkin paste you get on your orh nee, smooth and creamy!. On the right is luo han guo, yes your favourite herbal drink is now a sweet cold treat you can enjoy! Somehow it has a slight nutty taste, almost like coffee. While at the back is salted egg. Salted egg is slightly grainy with bits of real salted egg. Definitely legit. Best thing of all? Students get 15% discount! The large with 2 flavour is only $5.20 after discount!! 🤣 #burpplebestbugis

It's a pity the roasted pistachio has more garnishing compared to other flavours. The stick was only nice at the part with the rose icing.. 🙊 What I don't get is, why do they fill their cones with cornflakes?? To prevent ice cream from leaking? I must say I had pretty high expectations of the Popsicles here after seeing all the reviews and parting w $6.90. Didn't quite taste like Hokkaido milk, but more like Meiji milk blended w strawberries and a little sugar.. Wouldn't say it's bad, just a little underwhelming..

Surprised at the choice of flavours here. They do not have the typical vanilla, strawberry etc. we choose black sesame, salted caramel and ricotta cheese, which were all pretty good! As for the waffles, they are a bit on the eggy side, more like a cake? Haha

It may look like a melted mess but it tasted better than it looks! Peanut butter Frenchtoast w Maple syrup. So I ate the ice cream expecting peanut butter ice cream but it turned out to be speculoos ice cream on a perfect peanut butter French toast! Can't believe this is the first time I ate Bingsu here. This was so gooood. But why can't they not make the sides of the bowl all milky and sticky haha I couldn't get it out to take a nice shot. My friend asked me what's a good bing su and what's my favorite. I told her fruits and red bean but haven't had it like that in Singapore yet. (Ok I know I'm slow, but you definitely don't get that combi and Oma spoon) This was absolutely amazing! Thought I was just getting strawberries, milky ice and ice cream. But I was so happy to find red bean under neath the ice!! That made me a happy girl hehe.

How come I got a smudged brother bird :(. The speculoos taste is too faint in the soft serve that I can barely taste it and it melts a little too fast. Maybe I would come back just to try the mochi donut that everyone is talking abt. But their soft serve needs some improvement...
