For the seafood tower at Captain K, 5 metallic steamers are placed on top
of each other layer by layer with the choice of ginseng chicken soup, kimchi stew and kombu dashi stock at the bottom layer

The soup base is continuously heated up and the steam infuse its flavor into various types of seafood through the steamers.

The king river prawns that are delectably coated by the thick layer of cheese are a separate additional order which is at the top of the seafood tower.

Although slightly on the pricey side, the crackling prawns are completely deserving of it

Back to one of my favourite restaurants for my once a month korean bbq, the meat is grilled till its really chewy and succulent.
I really enjoy wrapping the grilled meat in the fresh green cabbages and dipping them into the gochujang (hot pepper) sauce and the soybean paste sauce.
