Tried the prime minister approved chicken wings. It is indeed special as the chicken wing is fried to perfection and would only make you crave for more. The beehoon sold here is very cheap at 60cents!! Chicken wing is sold at $1.20 per piece which the kind owner would cut the wings and drumlets. However i would prefer the beehoon to have a stronger taste. Strongly recommend this for fried chicken lovers!πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

Tried this highly raved cheng tng which comes at a price of $3, not a cheap bowl of cheng tng but guess the huge variety of ingredients rxplains the cause. There are sweet potato strips, winter melon strips, ginko, logans in it. Overall a pleasant dessert to help cool fown in this warm weatherβ˜€οΈβ˜€οΈβ˜€οΈπŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

Tried asaam laska for the first time and is a really appetising dish. Being different from the SG version. This assam laska only has cucumber slices and marckarel as the side ingredients. The dark sauce drizzled on top is "har gao", prawn paste to add more flavour. The soup is well flavoured being sweet, sour and i would prefer it to be more spicy. Despite being expensive at $4.80 for small size, its great to give it a try and is just beside Aljunied MRT station. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

Prawn noodles with long queues everytime i pass by. This dish is well-cooked with the soup being strongly flavoured with prawn aroma. For the dried version, they season ketchup with chilli, though i prefer it with more chili. The well-balanced flavoured noodles satisfy me and this place is a must try for serious prawn noodles lovers.πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

Vegetarian beehoon that has sauce with it and mixed with different vegetarian side dishes. A nice dish for breakfast for a switch.πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

Tried this popular ban mian and indeed it differs from other stalls as the noodle is made freshly and is thicker and has a more chewy taste. The owner is considerate to have a buzzer system as that you can wait at your seat instead of queuing for a long time. The dry ban mian has pork and prawns and is worth at a price of $4. Definitely a place to go for good noodlesπŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

This bowl of dried prawn noodles looks so mouth -watering, i would prefer more chilli as i am a chilli lover. Their in house made chilli paste is special and the chilli powder is also made from shrimps. The soup is well flavoured and is filled with freshness of prawns. Its quite a nice prawn noodle that i would mind eating again:)πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

This hidden gem is at the same coffee shop which sells popular traditional kuey, this stall is always bustling with office workers nearby during lunch hours and be prepared to wait for at least 20-30 mins to get the yummy lips smacking good fish soup. It cost only $4 and has big serving of fish. It is totally worth the price and the time to queue. Do try it and you will not regret it!πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

This plate of fried white carrot cake has the crispyness that i always craved for whenever i eat carrot cake! They have a $5 option where you will be served half of white carrot cake and the other half, black carrot cake. I did not order the black as i am not a fan of the sweet sauce and white carrot cake is good enough for me. It taste unique and can tell that the kway is hand made as it is softer. The stall is owned by a friendly hearing impaired couple and would definitely be a good place to try good froed carrot cake!πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

Despite being someone who is not a big fan of fried kway teow and had eaten only 2 plates of fried kway teow in my life, this plate of kway teow has won me over! I never like noodles with sweet sauce but this stall has the right amount of seasoning that made me enjoy this plate thoroughly. It has the fragrant wok hei taste that is the major reason why it always have long queue of patrons waiting. Do try it and i would say its one of the best in SingaporeπŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

Fishball noodles at $3 πŸ˜€and includes meatball, shrimp. This bowl of noodle is so cheap as compared to prices at food court etc. Their chilli is awesome too.πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

Where to find cheap and awesome plate of noodles?the right place will be at Chinatown complex food centre. This plate of noodle cost only $3.50 with some much charsiew and chicken. This stall always have a long queue so be prepared to wait for at least 20mins. This famed stall has been on tv and many bloggers recommended it too. Despite being popular, the owners did not compromise on the quality of the meat and they all look palatable on display. I was totally surprised to know that they sell chicken rice at $2πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ». Definitely be back whenever i have a craving for charsiew
