The grilled prawns with garlic, chilli and the savoury home made sambal from @kulto.sg was a highlight of the meal! Prawns were really fresh and plump, but the star was really the sambal. It was more like a really fragrant hae bi and really enhanced the umami flavours of this dish. It is a bit on the salty side but the crisp bread helped to mellow it out

Really liked this seafood charcoal paella ($36) from @purabrasa.singapore! The rice was cooked perfectly, and was very flavourful and smokey. The seafood was nothing special, but the rice made up for it

The crayfish was very fresh, judging from its springy (as opposed to rubbery) texture. The pork added a more smoky flavor to it, although I think I might have preferred it without, and seemed distracting by taking away the sweetness of the crayfish. Either way, the soft and fluffy truffled potatoes really elevated the entire dish to the next level - you can never really go wrong with truffle involved.

This is one of those sinful dishes which you are willing to sacrifice some calories for. The bone marrow just melts in your mouth, while the beef provides a little more texture so it's not just a mouthful of squishy bone marrow. The toast was nothing special in itself, although the marrow and beef was the perfect topping to go with it. Definitely should order this, if you're a fan of bone marrow that is.

Another highlight that should be ordered at Binomio. While it seems like there's a lot going on, the best way to eat this would just be to mix everything up and eat it like a "salad" of sorts. The runny egg mixed with the sauce provides a nice "dressing" for the squid, beans and chorizo. I like that there were bits of chorizo in there which makes it more savory with a smoky flavor. Calamari was fried perfectly, and not over cooked, while the beans gave it a nice crunch. Best shared amongst 3-4 people.

Simple yet so delicious, and an excellent way to start the meal. The breading is crispy and not too thick, allowing the filling to really stand out. The potato filling is smooth and creamy, almost like a purée. The bits of ham and chicken gives it a nice texture, so that it feels slightly more substantial and not too mushy. They also have a slightly cheaper mushroom variant at $10 if you want to be a bit more cost-conscious.

Super fresh seafood, with perfectly cooked al dente pasta. It isn't drowning in a complicated or heavy sauce which really allows the brilliant flavours of the seafood to shine. On special occasions, our dad will sometimes take us to Ola for a treat. Since we have a rather large family, we are almost always given the same spot in the restaurant to sit at. With the excellent food and impeccable service, the staff have never failed to make us feel at home here. Nothing beats bonding with the family after a long week over good food and drink, and when we come to Ola, it is just so much better. Homely, hearty and ever-welcoming, it is always a treat to dine here! #IFindComfortHere

The lamb was quite well-cooked, although I would have preferred it a little more rare as I thought it was a bit tough. The curry yoghurt and eggplant purée provided an interesting flavor combination which really helped to mellow the natural intense flavor of lamb. While tasty, it wasn't mind-blowing and I think their squid ink paella, or suckling pig (if they happen to be selling it that day) are better options. Priced at $22 for 2 pieces.

Really intense flavors from the cuttlefish and saffron combo. Again, the dish was executed very well as with their food in general. The rice was cooked perfectly; not too wet nor mushy. The cuttlefish was really soft and tender, and they were quite generous with their portions. I did feel that the dish was a little too overpowering and could get a bit gelat towards the end. I still think that their squid ink reigns supreme here, I would recommend that over this one. Priced at $26. Good for sharing so that you can try out more variety.

This was certainly the highlight of the night. Served only on certain days, we were lucky enough to get to get a taste of this. The meat was so tender that it just came apart with the slightest pull of the fork. Every bite is melt in your mouth. The best part had to be the skin; crispy, but not too hard and chewy. It's amazing how they manage to cook it to this level of perfection. So good and so worth the extra calories.

These little fried nuggets of goodness will leave you wanting more. Bursting with creamy mushroom goodness, you will be willing to burn your tongue on this because you won't be able to stop at just one bite. The exterior is light and crispy, and its simple exterior hides the incredible mushroom inside. Smooth and creamy, it's almost like mushroom soup, and I mean that in a good way. Definitely should order this. Great as an appetizer. Priced at $10 for 4 pieces.

One of my favourites to order at Spanish restaurants, you cane never go wrong with squid ink paella. The rice is cooked perfectly- not too hard, but not too mushy either. I really like how small pieces of squid are hidden amongst the rice, and really gives it a great texture. The seafood was quite fresh, and the squid ink flavour was really pronounced. Great dish to order and share.
