The restaurant served only one dish and they did it right! Not only they used spices in their recipe, the owner perfect it by the additional Chinese herb

The curry sauce had no trace of fishy smell and it was so smooth that it could be drank like a soup. I loved to dip the fried bean curd skin into the sauce - savory comfort food!!! 😍😍😍

Sadly, the one I tried was rather oily but because so many of my friends recommended me. I will be giving it a second try

Kam Long Restaurant 金龙咖喱鱼头
Jalan Wong Ah Fook
Monday to Sunday 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Non Halal - No Pork, No Lard

Always enjoyed the Malaysian version of bak kut teh. Pipping hot and love the herbal flavors. Recommended!

Straight out from the giant furnace, Hiap Joo Bakery has one of the best banana cake in the business (win hands down). A stone throw away from the JB customs, Hiap Joo serves bread and cake the old school style; simple and heartwarming. The moist, fragrant and soft cake will make you want more after the first bite.

Our usual dinner spot at Taman Sri Tebrau Hawker Centre. First time trying their chilli crab and KL hokkien noodles. The chilli crab tastes very different from the ones back home as they add vinegar into the sauce while the KL hokkien noodles is filled with crispy lard but lacks the wok-hei.

On days like these, don't you just want a large cup of Thai Milk Tea (RM 9.30) to cool down? My final stop for the day brings me to Chaiwalla & Co. which is a cafe that is housed in a container. No frills or theatrics, just a good cup of handcrafted drink which you can enjoy on the makeshift tables and chairs, and just watch the day goes by.

Continuing my hunt for the best key lime/lemon tart even across the border and there's no stopping me from ordering this beautiful slice of Lemon Strawberry Pie (RM 12.90). If you are here at BevC to try their drinks, do order their pastries too. With the perfect sourness from the lemon curd, a sweet kiss from the strawberry jello and a charcoal base crust, I promise you that you will not leave disappointed. This is one cafe that I will definitely visit again in future.
