You’ll get, the full works.
Eggs any style, chunks of maple bacon, one massive chicken cheese sausage, sautéed spinach & shimeijis, crisp hashbrown and sourdough toast.
Newly opened within The Yards at Joo Chiat, this hidden gem is definitely pleasing their neighbours with a decent selection of an all day brunch menu.

Deemed as one of the poshest weekend brunch places in town, Colony at the @ritzcarltonmilleniasingapore definitely lives up to its fame.
The Ice Bar, thoughtfully situated beside their Live Egg Station, serves up a wide variety of seafood, specially curated for crustacean-enthusiasts: Alaskan King Crabs, Snow Crabs, Half Shell Scallops, Flower Clams, White Clams, Live Prawns, Black Mussels, Lobster Claws, Langoustines and Yabbies.
This Lobster Egg Benedict? It’s the best of both Live Stations. Served on a thick buttered brioche with sautéed spinach and creamy hollandaise, the briny Lobster helps bring the whole dish together. It’s the one item on their buffet no one should miss!
Smoked Salmon with herb cream cheese, slices of zucchini, radishes, pickled shallots and loads of dill on a humble slice of @woodlandssd toasted sourdough.

Nuggets of minced pork balls heavily seasoned with soy sauce and white pepper with every scoop of viscous Porridge flavoured with a dash of sesame oil. The perfect breakfast on a rainy day. Do note that the elderly couple running this stall only opens from morning till lunchtime!
Savoury French Toast stuffed with Dijon mustard, leg ham and Gruyere, topped with a couple of sunny sides, creamy hollandaise and an arugula salad dressed lightly with mustard balsamic vinaigrette. (Request for maple syrup to add that extra oompf to your savoury breakfast.) I never expected it, but this meal was in many ways, immensely satisfying.

Revisited Wild Honey (an all-day brunch spot that requires no introductions) after almost a year and it seems like they've revamped their menu to keep up with the endlessly competitive food scene. This Aussie-styled breakfast platter of massive proportions include a 150g hunk of grilled rump steak, sunny side up, breakfast potatoes, baked beans, sautéed mushrooms, fat juicy tomatoes on the vine, bell pepper compote, tomato chutney and a chargrilled slice of ciabatta.(try saying this sentence in one breadth) And as if this wasn't already enough to feed an entire family, we went on to add-up their candied back bacon strips which tasted mighty like Bak-Kua. I never expected it, but this meal was in many ways, immensely satisfying.

From soft cheeses to pungent blues, jams, fruit compotes, crackers, and bagels (not forgetting boozy cocktails), they've got you covered.
That Hop Scotch Ale cheddar reigning as one of my favourites. Also their house-whipped herb chive cream cheese together with the salted paprika crackers had me going: oohhhhh sweet cheesus 😎 [Special thankyou to @burpple and the lovely Andreana @andythebanshee, Chef Nicolas of @manhattan_sg for organizing this brunch.]

Vying for seconds of the sweet aromatic Maple-Pecan Cronut, what we called the "very naughty" Negroni Creme Brûlée and the sinfully indulgent White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cigar. One of the better ways to shrug off all stress with this Sunday brunch hour, where only adults are permitted entry, free flow of delectable delights, the alcohol game's strong and you'd probably be more than just tipsy after the meal. Why not. [Special thankyou to @burpple and the lovely Andreana, Chef Nicolas of @manhattan_sg for organizing this brunch.]

Confit duck leg with Asian chilli caramel and a stack of toasty waffles. Appears deceivingly stiff but duck flesh is mega fork tender! Though this was served as a dinner special, it's usually available only on their Sunday brunch menu. The best darned Duck & Waffles in Singapore 🙌🏻
In my opinion, currently one of the most underrated restaurants in Singapore; one to watch!
(unsure of price as this was a dinner special)

A couple of poached eggs, chive hollandaise and braised Ossobuco (usually veal, but I think in this case, beef) on some sourdough toast. Rich, heavy, hearty, definitely left me satiated. Sign yourselves up at @bochinchesg.
