Sweet Tooth

This is the 2nd time that I have tired ice-cream roll. This first was at Scape and now this. There are 2 kinds - to choose from the premium ice cream flavour rolls or to mix 2 ingredients to create your own flavour. I choose 2 ingredients passion fruit and milo with chocolate syrup and dark chocolate chips. I know it is a weird combination but it turn out nice. It wasn't too sweet and gave a slight tangy taste to it. If have the chance, I will definitely visit again and try out some other weird combination as well as to give avocado premium ice roll a try.

After lunch at Grub Cafe, we had a passion fruit tofu cheesecake. The cheesecake was very refreshing and nice after lunch. It is not very sweet and had a little tinge of sourness.

The long awaited Korean fried dough fritters a.k.a churros. Having tried Churros Factory and this. I find that Churro 101 has more varieties - coatings and fillings. I have tried the cream cheese filling and dark chocolate coating. It is extremely nice. It is best eaten hot. I love the cream cheese as it has a mixture of sweet and salty which is just nice. The dark chocolate has very rich chocolate and it will be better if they could coat the entire churro with chocolate instead of leaving the ends plain.

A long overdue gathering where 90% of us were present. After dinner at Sushi Teh, we headed to Brotzeit. As gals have a thing for dessert, we tried out the dessert platter at Brotzeit. The dessert consist of a molten lava cake that is rich in chocolate, 2 crepes with a scoop of chocolate and vanilla ice cream and apple pie with lots of fruits. 7 of us shared the entire dessert and it is totally worth it.

The latest dessert craze, ice-cream roll! They make the ice cream on the spot with the ingredients chosen. You will also need to choose a base which is the ice-cream flavour and can choose to add in 1 or 2 toppings - base is Yakult, mixers are Nutella and Lychee. They will make it on the spot, on a cold metal slab. It is really not easy to do it as it requires a lot of arm strength.
No doubt it is worth trying!

They have three kinds of mochi, sweet, savoury and creamy milk. Had tried their black sesame, matcha and chocolate walnut! Totally interesting but need to eat it while its hot. Buy 3 and its only $5!
