Firm favourite of mine for those light-as-air artisan pizza š EVP has elevated their menu like the luxe version of Hawaiian pizza, Alohaām ($30). Made with smoked tomato, fresh pineapple that is slow-cooked overnight in parma ham fat, slices of high quality prosciutto cotto, fior di latte and finished in organic EVOO.

Quintessential orders will be their signature 12-inch sourdough crust pizza such as Burrata ($26) and Pancetta Pizza ($28). House signature Crab Tagliolini ($30) is a dish worth trying, though the pasta was molto al dente that day. Cooked in lobster broth for immense sweetness, generous crab meat chunks, it is topped with olive oil, rose petals and smoked ikura.
Serving comforting everyday Italian dishes from morning-to-night such as fresh egg pasta, freshly stone-baked Roman thin crust pizzas & house-churned Italian gelato.
