Cafe's pretty cosy and well decorated, they have another cafe known as Ice Edge Cafe located along 2 Kovan Road, Simon plaza. Once again, honest bee members stand to enjoy a 1-for-1 dining deal (: .

The crayfish linguine ($25) was drenched in white wine and tangy tomato sauce, accompanied with fresh and soft crayfish and abundance of linguine which I had diff finishing eventually..

Creme brûlée ($12) with rich custard base topped with a layer of crispy caramel, accompanied with a scoop of Cotton Candy ice cream 🍦

There wasn't a huge crowd on Monday nite, thus waiting time was average. Choice of 3 dips - Wasabi, mayonnaise and sambal belachan to choose from, I recommend the sambal belachan as it has a distinctive spicy flavour different from the usual. 🔸

The crabs were not as hot as we imagined, nevertheless was still fresh and once you pry open the crab, roe starts flowing out.. yummy. However the size of the crab was a little smaller than expected, was surprisingly feeling though! :

The noodle sheets used are rolled up unlike the traditional flat and Long ones in SG's, pretty unique. Numerous different types of Thai spices make up the broth that was flavourful and peppery in taste. Pig tummy was pretty yummy and cleaned properly without an awful aftertaste, and their Thai Fish Sausage had a sweet taste similar to the Chinese Lap Cheong. :

Thai Mid Wings - deep-fried peppery goodness that's easy for consumption and most importantly Super delectable 🤤

1. The chicken cubes were soft and tender and mixed well with the spicy deep fried onion, egg and corn. Very filling but sumptuous dish!
2. Fried vegetable fried hor fun wok-fried in huge fire, definitely yummy but too oily though!
3. Lastly, we have the steamed ginger chicken.. though not much of a looker, the tender chicken meat grew on me after awhile accompanied with strong ginger paste soup!

It's a really hip and cosy food court with great ambience! I probs do not have FOMO (fear of missing out) but here's why you should check them out! Being an honest bee member also means a 1-for-1 dining deal!! :

1) Cheesy Soft Shell Crab Bowl - an exotic combination of onsen egg, ebbiko, corn, soft cold tofu, mushroom and a cheesy deep-fried soft shell crab atop healthy brown rice! Simply yummy and filling! 😋

2)Aburi Salmon Mentai Soba - Looks fancy with the wonderful deco of the ingredients, however was pretty soupy and the mentaiko flavour was faint. Soba wise was pretty smooth and tasty, matched well with the aburi salmon! 🙌

3)Lastly, we have the Laksa Mentai Soft Shell Crab Taco!! As we're too full till the end of our mains, we managed to gnaw 2 bites and surprisingly it's heavy in laksa taste but compensated with brown rice and deep-fried seaweed, overall recommended!

The Clementi outlet usually opens around 4pm, which specialises in selling a traditional Singaporean delicacy made of rice flour with peanut, chocolate or coconut fillings!

What makes the snowy flour special and delectable is that the owner uses Grade One Thai Jasmine rice as the main Ingredient. 🔸
Their dark chocolate tutu is my top fav among other flavours and you can feel the filling melting in your mouth 💕
