Patrick Heuberger’s very own style of the Black Pudding. Interestingly creamy texture, unlike the typical graininess you’ll get from Black Puddings elsewhere. I must say, I actually quite enjoyed my share.

We found this gem only when we spied it as a special on their ‘Daily Specials’ board.
Great broth; Saffron infused with white wine and cream. Paired together with the little nuggets of creamy Bouchot Mussels (personally not a fan of mussels as they can taste very irony and gritty sometimes, but these mini ones were so tasty). We cleaned this in a jiffy.

This is fast becoming one of my favourite go-to restaurants for consistently well done classic French food.
The Bacon & Cheese Tart comes under the ‘Cheese Selection’ section of their menu, but I’ll gladly have it as an appetizer. Feels like a quiche but jammed packed oozing with cheeses and huge chunks of bacon. YUM.

Half a Tart: 20bucks
Full Tart: 36bucks

Easily the best “angmo-styled” Frog Legs I’ve ever had! Coated in a thin crisp batter, seasoned with a generous amount of salt, garlic, pepper and parsley. Mad tasty legs that keep you going back for more. Quite possibly my favourite dish during lunch at this fantastic French restaurant!
Each serve comes with about 7 frog legs.

Served with a unique tasting Chestnut honey, fresh Thyme and toasted Sourdough. One of my favourite go-to starters when I dine here.
PSA: Caffe Fernet now serving set lunches during lunch hours!
Last order stands at 230pm.

One of the newest items to hit @lebonfunk’s dinner menu which also came highly recommended by the restaurant’s staff.
Layers of thinly sliced briny beef tongue sandwiched between a punchy sauce spiked with crunchy cornichons, herbs & mustard and pillowy buttered brioche (real good crumb @tanzybra, we’re so proud!). There’s so much meat stuffed between those buns (check 1:1 tongue to brioche ratio), that chunks of filling helplessly fall out whenever we took a bite; but all that’s part of the joy when savouring a sammich - picking at the loose ends off your plate.
Sincerely wishing that this luxurious number will be included in their inaugural delivery menu if and when they should launch one!

PS: Shoutout to @sanchialuke who waited on our table, for your graceful yet outstandingly attentive service that night!

Creamy smooth celery infused custard with a touch of much needed acidity from buttermilk, crisp fresh celery and a sweet buckwheat crumble. It’s the refreshing kind of sweet finish you look for at the end of a good savoury meal.
@keirin_buck, you definitely nailed this BUCKwheat dish. The next time I’m here, definitely ordering one entire portion to myself.

New on their revamped menu, a sushi-rice-less Unagi Maki! Rolled with crisp Prawn Tempura, fried Unagi, Mozzarella & Tamago Tempura (yes these were battered together and fried, so you get a good touch of sweetness from the egg, and saline stringy cheese when it’s still warm), fresh crunch of baby romaine lettuce and Capsicum Rice Paper drizzled with tangy Okononiyaki sauce.
That’s plenty for an entire mouthful, but I managed to stuff all that tasty goodness in and it definitely served as a good lunch.

Very much like a Strawberry Spritzer. Flavours of strawberries, prickly pear, lemon and mint, gassed up with a dash of cream soda.
Superb non-alcoholic alternative to go with the tasty food here.
