A playful vegetarian twist on the usual ceviche that you see in restaurants. Replacing the usual raw fish as the base, Chef Tim at Pyxiemoss uses fresh sea coconuts instead. Toss the ingredients and add a splash of lime. The result? A VERY tasty "salsa" dip that goes well with the crunchy chips on the side that your friends would gladly chow down on. Best part? It's only $8!!! š³š±
Also worth a mention is the pineapple-infused chilli on the side ā a little goes a long way! SPICYYYY but shiok šš»
My new fav comfort food ā risotto! Loaded with truffle oil, cheese and two thick chunks of lightly grilled Hokkaido scallop, it's just the way I like it! Masterpiece is really cosy for a date night so I'll definitely be back to try more of their dishes! šš»šš“
What better way to wind down after a long day at work than to have a glass of wine and a bag of seafood to tear through? Love how flavorful and tasty the 'zup' is - best way to enjoy it is to soak your bread in it!
